Holistic coaching looks at mind, body, and emotions. Trauma-informed means I work with an understanding of how grief and loss can impact your nervous system, body sensations, and emotional regulation. This approach is gentle, safe, and tailored to your pace, helping you process grief without retraumatisation.

Coaching is forward-focused and practical, helping you navigate grief while building coping strategies, confidence, and resilience. It is not therapy, which is clinical and may focus on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. You do not need to be in therapy to benefit from coaching.

Once the discovery call has taken place, we’ll start our agreed sessions. Sessions are usually 60mins, conducted via Google Meet. We’ll decide together on goals for our time, using conversation, reflection, and coaching tools. You can share as much or as little as you like, it’s your space to move through grief at your own pace.

No. Coaching is about processing grief safely, not reliving trauma. We focus on present-moment awareness, coping strategies, and building resilience, always with your nervous system and emotional safety in mind.

Every client journey is different, so I don’t list pricing publicly. This allows me to recommend the most supportive option based on the level of support, session frequency, and package that feels right for you.

I also offer flexible payment plans to help make sessions more accessible and financially manageable, because I understand that investing in yourself can sometimes feel like a big step.
How it works…
First, you’ll book a free discovery call at a time that suits you.
Beforehand, I’ll ask a few gentle questions so I can get a feel for where you’re at and the kind of support you’re looking for.
When we meet, it’s just a really normal, relaxed chat. We won’t dive straight into your grief, we always start by creating a sense of safety first.
Think of it as a chance to get to know each other, see how it feels, and figure out if I’m the right person to support you.
The call is around 30 minutes and completely free. I’ll also share how my 1:1 sessions work and what to expect from a more holistic approach (remember it’s not just talking, we want to see how grief has been living in your body).
